Telegram from W.B. Barber Secretary to F.R.S. Phillips Convention Secretary Old Spanish Trail Association Tallahassee, Florida informing her that Mayor Foote is detained in Washington on important business, and that neither he, nor Vice President Bouslog, will be able to attend their meeting. However, he assures her that assisting the construction of Old Spanish Trail is of the upmost importance and that they look forward to completion of twenty-seven mile long section of road on Mississippi Coast.
