The people of New Orleans are organizing for a great convention. We want now to gather together the workers of the whole vast OST territory to put behind the Old Spanish Trail a thoroughly representative and permanently constructive organization to make it, then keep it, the greatc-t travel-wav on the North American continent. Drafts of the program as it develops will be submitted to you from time to time for your criticism and .suggestion, and also that we may go into (he convention prepared for intelligent work. Please write to us freely your suggestions.
