Resolutions Adopted bij the Executive Board San Antonio, Texas, September 10, 1926 j WHEREAS: Harral Ayres was retained in August 1919 by the Directors of the Old Spanish Trail Association as Managing Director at a salary equal to that I of the Manager of the Chamber of Commerce of San Antonio, and WHEREAS: The general convention at Gulfport, Mississippi in February, 1921, ratified this arrangement, and WHEREAS: Said Harral Ayres has for the last seven years contributed out of the said salary {553,200.00 to the Association, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that we, Kenneth Wimer, Werner N. Beckmann and Leon N. Walthall, the Executive Board of the Old Spanish Trail Association, desire to thank Harral Ayres for the above contribution and also for the loyal, efficient and able service to the Association, and, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that these resolutions be spread upon the minutes of the Association and a copy mailed to each member of the Association.
