During' my recent visit to you you asked ire a number of questions in regard to financial conditions of Harrison County and also in regard to the laws governing the issuance of bonds which I could not accurately answer at the time, and thinking perhaps ac urate information or. this subject might bte of use to you, I have taken pains to ascertain the true conditions.
