So Smith, chairman of our committee on roadside advertising, that the legislature had just adjourned and you did not know what laws nay have been passed relating to roadside advertising or to billboards orr private property. Thru our Woman’s Department of Beautification signs are being taken down along many sections of the Old Spanish Trail, We are now studying the possibility of having laws passed in the OST states governing all advertising abuse on the right-of ways and seeking to govern billboards on private property. If your legislature did pass any laws we would appreciate information that would Ids helpful to us in this state« Thanking you, we are Very truly yours. HBA/b H, B. Ayres, OST Managing Director
