Powell for inaugurating the movement that led 13 the erection and dedication of the zero monument. Wo are also indebted to the Exchange Club of St, Augustine for tho nice way the work was carried through. We feel that this monument and the motorcade that resulted, the celebration and tho friendships made among the people of St. Augustine will prove to be a big factor in rrying the old Spanish Trail work to its ultimate destiny as great and interesting and historical trcyolway.
