Conferences and correspondence having failed to fin a eity for calling the adjcussed convention, pursuant to the foregoing minutes, and this due largely to an unwillingness to attempt this during the heat of summer, and with the motorcade to San Diego in October promising a moot representative gathering of Old Spanish Trail people, the decision was reached to call the adjourned meeting at San Diego in accordance with the following which was mailed to all newspapers.
In addition the directors were notified as shown herewith.
