MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE OF THE OLD SPANISH TRAIL, HELD IN THE OFFICE OF THE OLD SPANISH TRAIL, GUNTER HOTEL,
SAN ANTONIO, TEXAS, DECEMBER 18, 1922, at 4:00 P. M.
The meeting was called to order by the Chairman.
The following were present:	Kenneth	Wimer, H. B. Ayres,
Charles N. Wuest, Leon N. Walthall and R. B. Thompson.
Minutes of previous meeting read and approved.
Chairman reported on meeting with Mr. Shreve and Mr. Wimer continued as Committee to settle.
Mr. Ayres reported he would go East probably immediately after holidays and read various correspondence from the East. He also reported that minutes of Gulfport Convention showed time and place of next convention were left with the Board of Directors, and he was directed as he proceeded eastward to confer with the Directors respecting the convention plans in mind.
Disbursement sheet as included herein approved.
Ordered that Mr. Thompson be employed for another week and after that be subject to direction of Mr. Ayres.
There being no further business to be discussed, the meeting was adjourned at 5:30 P. M.
