I would say that besides the two litigations therein mentioned,there are several other matters of lesser but of considerable importance,that are also pressing me soPwRsd.. situation for the last two months has been that I have been almost continuously cither out of town or trying cases and the result is that my office work has piled up until it imperatively requires my attention without, further delay and I am in default with briefs in some important cases in which I am just unable to pass the buck any longer. You can readily understand that my primary duty is to those gentlemen who engage my services and rely upon my giving them the conscientious and fullest exercise of what skill I may possess. It would be a gross fault to throw them down.
