REPORT OF COMMITTEE ON CONSTITUTION AND BY-LAWS AS ADOPTED BY THE CONVENTION
ORGANIZATION OF OLD SPANISH TRAIL ASSOCIATION
1st: The permanent general organization of the Old Spanish Trail Association shall consist of a President, Secretary-Treasurer and a Vice President 1'rom each State.
2nd: The permanent organization of the Old Spanish Trail Association in each State shall consist, of a State Vice President and three State Directors. These four shall he known as the State Executive Committee for each State.
•3rd:	The general officers, with the Vice President and
the three Directors from each State, shall form the Board of Directors of the Old Spanish Trail Association.

BY-LAWS
1.
NAME.
The name of this Association shall be THE OLD SPANISH TRAIL ASSOCIATION.
2.
OBJECT.
The purpose of this Association is to encourage and promote the building and maintenance of a continuous, improved highway from the Atlantic to the Pacific Ocean, which shall run through the southern tier of the Uuited Slates and shall be travel's! 1)1 e at all seasons of the year.
3.
OFFICES.
The offices of the Old Spanish Trail Association shall be located in tile home city of the President. Arrangements for offices shall be made by the Board of Directors, or by the Executive Committee of the board.
4.
MEMBERSHIP.
Memberships shall be divided into seven classes:
1.	Life Founder’s Memberships of $1,000.00, payable $200.00 a year for five years in semi-annual installments due on the first of January and first of July of each year.
2.	Annual Founder’s Memberships of Class A of $500.00. payable $100.00 a year for five years in semi-annual installments on the first of January and the first of July.
3.	Annual Founder’s Memberships of Class B of $300.00. payable $100.00 a year for three years in semi-annual installments on the first of January and the first of July.
4.	Annual Founder’s Memberships of Class (' of $200.00. payable $100.00 a year for two years in semi-annual installments on the first of January and the first of July.
5.	Annual Founder’s Membership of Class I) of $100.00. payable for one year in semi-annual installments on the first of January and the first of July.
