THE FOLLOWING MEMORANDA IS HEREWITH PILED AS SUPPLEMENTARY TO THE MEETING OF FEBRUARY 11th, 1924.
The attached memoranda approved by Ernest A. Pratt was the same day approved Ly each member of' the Board Individually.
Although Hr. Pratt had not done the marking which would call for $57.11 payment to him, and despite the fact the hill due H. C. So Smith for which this organisation was morally responsible would really show less than $57.11 due him. Hr. Pratt was given $10.00 in cash because of his personal needs thus overpaying according to the memoranda.
