Dear sir:
That would you think of a proposition to organize an All Southern Highway Association for the purpose of building a road from At1ana to san Diego by way of Mobile and New Orleans? Thera is tha Lincoln Highway Association of the North, the Pacific Highway association building a road from away up in British Columbia to San Diego, the Texas -Colorado association, tho plan to put the road from Atlanta to Washington under Federal control and so on and so on, but nothing definite doing for a trans-continental road across the south. It seems to me that we ought to get busy and undert4ke a broad and comprehensive plan thAt would result in the building of a road that would be open the year round and bring many benefits to our section of the jcountry.
I	have been at work upon the foregoing plan for sometime and ufiless something gets in the way we ape going to call a convention for this city to be held perhaps in February for tho purpose of ret organizing the All Southern Highway Association.
I would be glad to have your opinion of the proposition and any suggestions you may have to offer.
