MSSTIHS OF THE EXECUTIVE COIOTPB3 OF THE OLD SE’.'iIISH TRAIL held today in room 118 Gunter Hotel at 4s20 ?. II.
Those present were H. T. Mathews, Kenneth Weimar, Leon 1-1. Walthall, end Charles N. Wuest.
On motion of Charles II. Wuest, duly seconded by Leon II. Walthall, the following resolution was passed;
RESOLVED:	That	all	checks of the Association be drawn on
the signature of Dr. Johnson, President, or H. 3. Ayres, Managing Director, or Leon II. Walthall, Secretary of the Executive Comittee and countersigned b5>-Kenneth Weimar, Chairman.
On motion duly seconded :	Chairman	Kenneth	Weimar was aulhorized
to advance to II. B. Thompson §50.00 to be used for actual expenses to be incurred in east Texas in collecting funds of the Association to be later deducted from comnission due him, and to pay garage bill of §8.50 previously incurred by a representative of the Old Spanish Trail, out of dues collected from;

aid Kenneth Weimar, Chairman, was further authorized to employ H. B. Thompson until further notice at basis of 25^ on all funds collected "or the Association.
On motion culy seconded: Kenneth Weimar was authorized to take over keys to office and contents December 1st, and tb take charge of all mail addressed to the Association.
On motion duly seconded: H. B. Ayres was instructed to prepare list of San Antonio members and Kenneth Weimar, Chairman, was authorized to anploy Mr. Puouay to collect dues from said list of members.
On motion duly seconded: H. 3. Ayres was instructed to send letter Irl to subscribers along the route from Houston to Sabine river.

On motion duly seconded: H. 3. Ayres was instructed to submit amount at basis of §250.00 per month since organization of the Old Spanish Trail.
On motion duly seconded : H. B. Syres salary was fixed at §250.00 per month end expenses when outside of San Antonio.
