It is with much regret that I cannot attend your Convention. It would give me a great deal of pleasure to visit Tallahasse, an" meet some of my friends that I have made on the different Conventions of the old Spanish Trail Highway. I wish 0 say, however, that I want to remain as one of the Directors of the Old Spanish Trail assn. I always want to he of some good benefit to this wonderful Highway, we are now constructing from the Atlantic to the Pacific.
