BASES EOR. CONSTRUCTION OP PARES FROM STATIONS NOT SHOWN HEREIN,
The excursion fare from any station not specifically named in this tariff, LOCATED ON THE LOUISVILLE &.NASHVILLE R.R.CO., hut which is within the territory from which excursion fares are herein authorized, will be constructed by adding double the one-way fares, (for intra-state fares, use Florida, intrastate tariffs; .for interstate fares, use fares as filed with the Interstate Commerce Commission) from such station to the excursion fare herein published from the first station enroute to destination from which an excursion fare is herein published, provided that if the excursion fare so made exceeds the excursion fare herein published from a station farther distant from'destination via the same through route, the latter fare will apply. Pares so made -will apply via all routes authorized in this tariff from contiguous points of origin.
PARES POR CHILDREN.-Children between the ages of five (5) and twelve (12) years will be charged one-half theadult fares published herein, adding sufficient, when necessary, to make each one-half fare end in "0" or "5", the contract and each coupon of each ticket sold at half fare to be plainly marked, stamped or punched "i". Any child under five (5) years of age, when-accompanied by parent, guardian or friend, will be transported free. Children twelve (12) years of age and over will be charged adult fares.
RATES ARE NET CASH.-The rates published in this tariff are conditional upon payment of cash, in advance for transportation- , and are not subject to land grant or any other deductions.
