That we, W illiam G. Rigsby, John B.
Carrington and Harry L. Miller, all citizens of Bexar County,
T exas, under and by virtue of the laws of this State, do hereby voluntarily associate ourselves together for the purpose of forming a private corporation under the terms and conditions hereinafter set out as follows :
1.	The name of this corporation is THE OLD SPANISH TRAIL ASSOCIATION.
2.	The purpose for which it is formed is the support of an educational undertaking, to-wit, the re-establishment and identification of the Old Spanish Trail.
3.	The place where the business of the corporation is to be transacted is at San Antonio, in Bexar County, State of Texas.
4.	The term for which it is to exist is fifty (50)
years.
5.	The number of directors shall be eight (8)
and their names and postoffice addresses are as follows :

John B. Carrington, San Antonio, Texas. A. H. Gardiner	Tombstone, Ariz
