MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE OF THE OLD SPANISH TRAIL
HELD IN THE OFFICE OF THE OLD SPANISH TRAIL, GUNTER HOTEL,
SAN ANTONIO, TEXAS, MARCH 20, 1923, at 4:00 P. M.
The following were present:	Kenneth	Wimer, Leon N. Walthall
Henry T. Matthews, Dr. Johnston. Mr. Newton was also present.
The minutes of the previous meeting were read. Moved and seconded that same be approved as read. Carried.
Moved and seconded that Miss Nagel attend the Convention at New Orleans, and that the Association pay her expenses. Carried.
Moved and seconded that Dr. Johnston's expanses at New Osleans during the Convention be paid by the Association. Carried.
Moved and seconded that Mr. Newton attend the Convention and that the Association pay his expenses. Carried.
Approval of disbursement sheet held in abeyance but the bill were ordered paid.
There being no further business to discuss, the meeting
adjourned.
The meeting was called to order by the Chairman.
