If you will accept, the enclosed a3 though in answer to an inquiry from, you, and use it discreetly in West Florida papers, it may help Pensacola and Hilton to provide their q&ota of memberships and thus'get OST work started in Florida.. The work ought to be done in Florida, but I wouldn’t dare start it without the full support of Milton and Pensacola. It is too easy to get caught with deflciencis Maybe if a nice back-fire started in the West Florida papers those cities would act. It should appear though, as you can realize, as an innocent answer to your inquiry, not as anything stagod by me.
