I have papers here to sustain all this language, if you are in doubt about anything.
Some of the.Finance Committee should he consulted and prepared before the meeting, but I should leave that to you if you are to handle the resolution.
"I enclose copy of a recent letter by R 13 Thompson showing cheeks or funds still converted, and also "memberships" accepted for amounts not authorized, and for a period contrary to the constitution.
