I have your letter regarding the action taken by the Highway Commission with reference to changing the names of highways within this state. V/hen I saw the articles in the papers, and their changing when the matter was brought to their attention, I took it to be a matter of thought lessness on their part, and took it for granted that you would call their attention to it, and they would withdraw their action, I cant see how they could do otherwise.
Had you written them about it, and have they made any reply?
If the Commission dont seem inclined to let the recognised interstate
Highway Associations retain their proper names, then we should get busy
