PURPOSES OF ARROWHEAD TRAILS ASSOCIATION The Arrowhead Trails Association has been formed to carry out the following purposes: First, To establish highways which shall connect, by the most direct and feasible route, Southern California, through San Bernardino County, with Salt Lake City, Utah. (Together with such extensions, branches and connections as may hereafter be deemed advisable and desirable.) Sbcoxd, To promote and encourage a system of road building in the inter-mountain section of the southwestern portion of the United States which shall be uniform in character and shall be located with a view to permanency, and to the ultimate needs of the whole comrauniti'. Third, To co operate with other road organizations in all ways that tend to insure the comfort and safety of automobilists motoring through the mountain sections of the Southwest. Fourth, To exploit, advertise and promote the resources and attractions of the variouscommunitics situated near or along the line of the proposed main highway between Southern California and Salt Lake City, Utah.
