I have received your letter of December 30th.
At your request I am returning herewith the Old Spanish Trail pocket map which you left with Mr. Donoghue, also letter addressed to you by J. N. Wisner, dated Houston, Texas, December 16th, which accompanied your letter of the 30th and which you requested me to return to you.
For the reasons stated in my previous letter, we will not wish to further consider your offer at this time.
