Erom Bisbeo to Tombstone the first twelve miles wes built by state convicts, the next section of coven miles was built by prisoners of the miedeipeanor clacs, meetly bootleggeres, there being at this time forty nine of them on that roado They are building a standard country road and the running time to Bisboo for the avareage driver a couple of years ago was two hours and fifteen minutes, it was then cut to one hour and tbt three quarters, then one and one half and today the running time for the big stage ears running between the two cities is one hour and fiteen minutes. It will be about fifty minutes when the new road is completed this fall which is a "horrible" example of what good roads do to time and distance.
