My Dear Sirs-
Capitol Tour Association appreciates being able to mail you under annother cover a copy of its last annual report and also a report of one of its prior annual meetings which contains its Constitution and By Laws;
Capitol Tour is a co-operative organization of Hotel men operating mutually to advertise the section in which it has membership;
A budgeif is fixed at the Annual meeting held each year and each member is assessed for his proportionate share of the expence,based upon the size of his Hotel,its location in so far as Automobile business is concerned and in proportionate to the Automobile business whic he does;
We operate purely for mutual interest,pay only one saleary to the Secretary,which is §150.00. Pay no traveling expences to anyone,and the Secretary is expected to spend his own money for any thing which he thinks needful as well as pay his share of the Assessment for the Hotel which he operates;
We will appreciate being able to give any further advice;
Wont you please see that we are sent some Old Spanish Trail information as well as some Texas information,as we have a lot of people going into the South-Y/es t;
