In reply to yours of the 25th ult., I
beg to advise you that the only State statute we have covering billboards along public highways, is Chapter 128, Session Laws 1923, which prohibits the erection of billboards within 300 feet of intersecting corners of public highways or upon sharp curves in such highways in such a manner as to obstruct a fdll view of such corner.
Many of our cities have local ordinances regulating signboards in behalf of public safety.
