1o Managing Director stated that every move nov/ was to build up the situation to put on a campaign for the San Antonio membership sometime in January,
80 Mr. wimer discussed with the members extensively the plans for
going to Houston after San Antonio was thoroughly organized, all members participating freely. All members also agreed they would go to th9 Houston meeting when it was ready. A budget for 1924 expenses will be prepared to be adopted by the Executive Board orior to the Houston meeting. The effort will be made to so define 1924 work that a budget program can be worked to.
9.	Managing Director reported he was to address the Texas Hotel Keepers' Association the coming Friday(14th)and that he would utilize the trip for conferences at Austin with tha State Highway Engineer and for conference at Ft. Worth with the District Federal Engineer regarding Texas and Louisiana questions in his department.
