MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE OF THE OLD SPANISH TRAIL HELD AT A LUNCHEON, ROOM 112, GUNTER HOTEL SAN ANTONIO, TEXAS, AUGUST 6, at 12:15 P.M. 1. The meeting was called to order by the Chairman. 2. The following were present: Messrs. Kenneth V/imer, Percy Tyrrell and Harral B. Ayres. So No Disbursement Sheet was submitted. 4. Minutes of the previous meeting were not j’ead. 5. The meeting was devoted to discussion of matters as per outline herewith. 6. The letter of June 29th, 1922 given to Eerrville Chamber of Commerce, and the letter of July 31, 1923 from the Motor League of South Texas were submitted as indicative of the difficulties being encountered in Te3:as wherever the field men go. It was agreed that clearing up of the Texas situation would continue both difficult and discouraging unless San Antonio eould be lined up in full strength behind the work, and personal cooperation thus secured as well as finances with which to pay off the’liabilities incurred last year. 7. The meeting adjourned to consider these Questions further at the meeting of August 13th. A
