MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE OF THE OLD SPANISH TRAIT.
HELD IN THE OFFICE OF THE OLD SPANISH TRAIL, GUNTER HOTEL,
SAN ANTONIO, TEXAS, JANUARY 13, 1933, at 13 O'CLOCK NOON.
The meeting was called, to order by the Chairman.
The following were present:	ICeneth V/imer, Leon M. Walthall,
Dr. Fred B. Johnston, H. B. Ayres, Percy Tyrrell, Chas. N. V/uest.
The minutes of the previous meeting were read and approved.
Mr. Wuest and Mr. Tyrrell ware appointed a committee to plac before the Hotel Men's Association the financing of 10,000 copies of the History Booklet.
Mr. V/uest and Mr. Ayres were appointed a Committee to act on the financing and issuing of the History Booklet.
Resolved that the Old Spanish Trail office write to the different luncheon clubs, of San Antonio, requesting that they grant permission to the Executive Committee to meet with said Clubs and confer with them regarding the forthcoming National Convention at New Orleans.
Resolved that a satisfactory San Antonio solicitor be employed by a Committee consisting of Mr. V/imer and Mr. Ayres.
Disbursement sheet read and approved.
Copies of Convention program outline submitted ro members of Executive Committee.
Resolved that ledger accounts be opened up with banks in other cities as moneys are deposited.
Reported by Managing Director that Auto.Dealers Assn.; had been requested to supply Headquarters office with auto, orafxic census
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned.
