Louis, I referred to a resolution adopted at the Bay St. Louis meeting, suggesting that the next conference of states and communities Between Pensacola and New Orleans Be held at New Orleans, and in your letter of September 12th to me, you wrote as follows: "The annual meeting at Hew Orleans is not impossible, if they want it." New Orleans does want that meeting. A letter has Been received By Mr. John T. Cochrane, who was chosen President of the Gulf Conference last March, from Mr. R. H. Planing, Manager and Assistant Secretary of the Motor League of Louisiana, who states he has discussed the coming meeting with officials of the Association of Commerce of New Orleans, who are now desirous of having the date of the meeting definitely decided, in order that they may proceed with the arrangements.
