As I have not heard from you’and since I can get no satisfaction from your local office here with reference to our account, I am writing you in the hope that matters can he satisfactorily adjusted. The Old Spanish Trail Ass'n owes us an account of .'i;l70.45. There is no attempt made to liquidate this account, despite the fact that same is over one year and six months respectively.
Of this amount about $90.00 are still due 0.1 the folder about which you wrote us on Hov. 22, 1921, that the Chamber of Commerce and Hotel Men's Ass'n will Join us” in issuing these. Six months have si;.ce passed and we have not received the balance due on this account. In addition to this you perhaps recall the folder you insisted must be such a rush job. yell, we set up the seven galleys of 8 pt. type and mailed you the proof, and up to-date we have not heard a word from you with reference to same.—
In the light of all of this you will agree with me that we have not been iven a so uare d eal and believing that you do not wish to play the game any other way but on the souare I am putting it Souarely up to yo u in the hope, as I said before, that matters may be satisfactorily ad justed.
