The people of four states are lookii •; forward eagerly to the completion of the Gulf Coast ' oulovard, and until assurance comas from the Louisiana Eight-ay Commission that it will ta's care of the missing links in that state, the project can not be certain. This in order that the various states interested may be enoouraged to go forward with work on the highway.
