MINUTES OP MEETING OP THE EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE OP THE OLD SPANISH TRAIL HELD AT A LUNCHEON, ROOM 112, GUNTER HOTEL,
SAN ANTONIO, TEXAS, AUGUST 13, at 12:15 P. M.
1.	The meeting was called to order "by the Chairman.
2.	Those present were Messrs. Wiraer, Tyrrell and .~.yres. Mr- ‘.7al-tha.ll was in New York. Mr. Matthews was unavoidably detained.
3.	No Disbursement Sheet was submitted.
4.	The minutes of meetings of July 30th and August 5th were read and approved.
5.	Meeting was devoted to a discussion of San Antonio and the Texas situation as indicated by the minutes of the two previous meetings.
6. On motion duly carried, Sec'y. Tyrrell was authorized to ask the Board of Directors, of the Chamber of Comnerce, to inquire into and report upon the methods and affairs of the Old Spanish Trail that the membership everywhere might be assured respecting the headquarters1 management.
7. The meeting adjourned.
