This collection should be steadily added to. The exploring trips will bring forth many valuable photographs, and across the continent are photographers and individuals ready to give valuable old photos and photostats when the time comes. The transcontinental studies and collections are an eceential background and guide to the interpretation of many phases of the Spanish centuries.

Important information is dying with individuals because there is no cooperation to foster publication or for the deposit of material that should be preserved, others cannot, alone, complete studios in which they are interested. Historical material and. personal knowledge of old inhabitants are being lost forever thru death and carelessness- 'Iv.vi’alua’ole material was lost in the San Antonio flood of 1921.
"Preliminary Studies" should bo published to bring out information to complete them. An "Approved Study" should be published when a board, of Editors shall have authorized it. All publications should be handled according to somo code, carefully worked out, so that carelessness may bo minimized and correctness established, and authority given tot.be studies and theis H® conclusions.
