WHEREAS:
Harral Avrcs was retained in August 1919 b the Directors of the Old Spanish Trail Associatio as Managing Director at a salary equal to that ( the Manager of the Chamber of Commerce of Sa • Antonio, and
WHEREAS:
The general convention at Gulfport, Mis: issippi in February, 1921, ratified this arrang' ment, and
WHEREAS:
Said Harral Ayres has for the last seven yeaj contributed out of the said salary $53,200.00 ; the Association.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that w Kenneth Wimcr, Werner N. Beckmann, and Lc< N. Walthall, the Executive Board of the 0 Spanish Trail Association, desire to thank Han Ayres for the above contributon and also for tj loyal, efficient and able service to the Associatic and,
