Mr. Walthall presented a letter from Mr. purlong resigning from the Executive* committee and a letter from Chairman Graebner_ accepting the resignation and appointing Mr. Tyrrell to fill the vacancy, both cf which letters are on file herewith. ; ’ £ proposed letter to be sent to all chambers of co>:meroe^in accordance with a motion adopted at the meeting of the committee cn October 33d, copy cf which is on file herewith, was submitted; and read; and on motir.n of *r.
