HELD IN TEE OFFICE OF THE OLD SPANISH TRAIL. GUNTER HOTEL,
SAN ANTONIO, TEXAS, FEBRUARY 2, 1933, AT 4:00 P. M.
The meeting was called to order oy the Chairman.
The following were present:	Kenneth	Y/ircer, Dr. Fred E.
Johnston, H. E. Ayres and H. T. Matthews.
In the absence of Mr. Y/althall, Mr. Ayres acted as Secretary of the Executive Committee.
The minutes of the previous meeting were read and approved.
Mr. Ayres reported on the Eastern situation.
The disbursement sheet was read. Moved and seconded that same be approved and that the Secretary be instructed to 0. IC. the disbursement sheet.
The Chairman was authorized to provide checks from time to time to Mr. Ayres for traveling expenses.
There being no further business, the meeting adjourned.
