Medal is below. J Spanish Decoration Will Be Awarded Harral B. Ayres. The builidng up of the Old Spanish trail, so laboriously established by the Spaniards through mud, cattle ranches and deserts, which now is one of the most noted highways of the Uuitcd States, today is history, and has received niucli publicity. But the modem conquistador who opened the trail when there was no traveled route, and who has given 10 years of his time to developing it, for the tirst time will receive recognition jjf' his efforts Tuesday evening. TO BE DECORATED. • - At that time, at the home of Mrs. Henry Drought. Harral B. Ayres, hiannging director of the Old Spanish t rail, will be presented with the Royal Order of Isabel la Catolica, the highest order of the Spanish crown, by Pablo de Ubarri, Spanish consul at Galveston, in the name of the king of Spain. Harral also will be given the title of Knight Commander. The jewel of the order is a double-sided Spanish sunburst two inches in diameter, suspended from a laurel .wreath. On one side the name of the order, on the other side is “La Leal-lad Acrisoladn,” expressive of loyalty aruf merit. RECEPTION FOLLOWS. Taking part in the ceremony will be Scnor Ubarri, Mrs. Henry Drought, Scnor Enrique Santibancz. consul gen-oral of Mexico; Gen. William Lassiter and staff members. Col. H. M. Dichraann, president of the San Au-J.opio Automobile league; Werner N. t^ckmanii, Dr. F. J. Combe, T. IT. Etheridge, president of the local real estate board; Mayor C. M.
