Dear Sir:-
Fearing that we may be unable to have our little city on Mobile Bay, represented by the presence in person of any of our citizens at your convention, my own duties making it impossible for me to be present, let me say that our citizens are thoroughly appreciative of the splendid work which is being done by your association; that we are proud to be on The Old Spanish Trail and are trying as best we can to make our immediate portion of it travelable speedily and comfortably at all', times. <Ve are glad to report a great improvement in the
