I appreciate your kind letter. Inasmuch as your sales are thru Kilam Galleries, we should give the credit there. labst will recognise this; he is a thorobred type. In using these your business interest should be thought of in the most friendly way.
I am. thinking there can be special acknovledgBBnt in the back of the book, in your case ana all similar cases....not alone as "compensation" but that the student and the traveler may understand tine integrity I am seeking to instil into the book.

A nev. "Collins Shop" has opened at the Gunter Hotel stores; whether the same old outfit or not, do not know.
Pabst tells me Dawson watson pictures have sold well; not at high prices but at present-day prices, a\d numerically ahead of anything the gallery has attempted for a long while.
Note you will pick up something at Paint Augustine. I have written tie Ohaab<r of Commerce there to see if a collection of pen-and-inks is possible from there. No answer to my letter. They are good about writing, so do not understand this. They may be hunting around. A well-balanced portrayal of Saint Augustine will be helpful to them, as to the student and traveler. You may have some suggestions after you have been there.
I most assuredly will take good care of you with a book or books when published. /Looks now as tho there will be two--the Old Spanish Trail, and another San Antonio only.
