The co-operation of all persons is invited and will be welcomed. REGISTRATION OF DELEGATES AND REGISTRATION FEE. A registration fee of $2.00 is required from each delegate, and none but registered delegates will be allowed to participate in the Convention. The proceeds of each' registration will be used to defray in part the expenses of the Convention and to print the official proceedings. Payment may be made at the time of personal registration at the registration bureau at the Leon Hotel, but such payment may better be made in advance of the Convention by sending $2.00 to the Convention Secretary of the Old Spanish Trail Association, Tallahassee, Florida, in return for which will be issued a certificate of payment, which on presentation by the delegate at the registration bureau of the Convention will entitle him to a delegate’s final credentials.
