Tampa, March 8.—The Tamiaml-Trall motorcade, which started from . Fort Myers this morning:, arrived at'<-"" Sarasota tonight, where the members were guests of the Sarasota Chamber of Commerce at dinner. A public meeting followed the dinner, at -which several speakers explained the value of the proposed road wav trom Miami to Tampa. The motorcade will reach Tampa at noon tomorrow, and,^C be guests at dinner of the Tampa ^ Board of Trade, and will leave in the afternoon for Clearwater and'
St. Petersburg. A large delegations^' will go with the “trail blazers” from here.
Some work has been done on the ^ Tamiami Trail in Dade. Lee and Charlotte counties; Sarasota county^^ has virtually completed its party' while all of Manatee's partion and much of Hillsborough's has been, completed. The trail goes west fronr Miami, striking the Leo county line & just north of Monroe county and the gulf coast near Naples, thence north-# a ward to Fort Myers, to Punta Gorda/-''</ Sarasota, Bradentown and Tampa.
