T did not read that circular letter of April 29th while at Houston, I found letters and gopies when I returned to 3an Antonio. I believe your explanations to me that Gill is doing these things. Nevertheless your name is attached to that letter "Approved: Julius Dupont, President Louisiana Division, OST ass'ii."
Putting out such false statements is a serious matter. They will not "bo allowed to pass without being repudiated or forced to proof on the allegations. I enclose copy of letter filed with us branding the statements respecting west Texas as false. Sen Antonians will take care of the charges of misuse of funds.
You can clear yourself by publicly repudiating the statements.	1 hope you can do this. You will see by the en-
