MINUTES ON MEETING OF THE EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE OP THE OLD SPANISH TRAIL HELD AT GUNTER HOTEL, SAN ANTONIO, TEXAS, FEBRUARY 7, 1924.
1.	Meeting was called to order by the Chairman.
2.	Present: Messrs. V/imer, Tyrrell, Walthall and Ayres. Also representatives from the Lions, Kiwanis, Conopus and Real Estate Board.
3.	Purpose was to consider conducting a membership campaign in San Antonio. Correspondence and telegrams with Messrs. Fletcher and Hale, San Diego, Cal., were read. Following .considerable discussion it v/as unanimously voted to accept the proposition of Stanley Hale to conduct a campaign; his compensation to be 075.00 per week and expenses.
