The term for which this agreement will he in force will be the time intervening between this day and such time as a convention of the Old Spanish Trail will have met and by amendment of the Charter, Constitution and By-laws or either of them of the Association will have clearly designated, the powers, authorities and duties incidental to and perform/of the officers of the said Association and such amendments \.113r have regularly taken force end effect and no longer.
