TAMPA, Fla., Nov. 1. (AP)— All records for the number of cigars produced in one month, were broken here in October, according to reports published today by the internal revenue bu-hcau.
A total of 57,757,888 cigars were made last month, eight millions more than in September and seven million more than in October last year. The previous record was established in October, 1923, when 56,027,910 smokers were turned out.
