OFFICIAL BUSINESS San Antonio, Texas, February 15th, 1924, MEMO TO THE EXECUTIVE BOARD. Mr. Pratt is sick in bed and asked me to come see him. He said if the offer still held for him to bring our marking thru San Antonio and to Boerne up to our standards and to pay him in full he would accept. He agrees the marking to be done should approximately equal the $57.11 in question, if the Board is to allow him the $57.11. I suggest as an effort of helpfulness we allow $57.11 and he to do this marking as soon as he is well enough. The situation then will stand: # Amount to be allowed Paid Feb. 11th $25.00 Due Prest-O-Battery 24.65 Due H. B.
