The President of the Chamber of Commerce of Pensaci)-la has appointed me a delegate to attend the conference at Mobile. Up to date we have received no formal invitation, except the mesw cage conveyed by you. Will ht be advisable for me to come over on February 20, or could my plan work out better by waiting until the conference on March 20? If I cannot accomplish much by being over there next Monday, I would rather wait until the more formal occasion of the conference in March. If I come tell me just when the conference assembles, and whether 1 can get there in time by taking the early morning train.
