I received this morning circular letter setting forth what was accomplished in the way of bridging Motile Bay and calling the route "The Gulf Coast Boulevard" from Pensacola to Dew Orleans a distance of 200 miles. This work has all teen accomplished thorugh your persistent efforts and I hope you will live to see this great highways, fully completed from the Atlantic to the Pacific I know you have experienced many difficulties and in many places met with very little encouragement and regret very much to say that you have net received the finiancial support from the coast counties of Mississippi that you should have had. Piniancial conditions has had very much to do with that through this territory .
I had a talk with Mr,Galloway before he came over to see you about the route on the north shore of Bay St Louis and the first time yoJL are in Gulfport I want to confer with you and Mr. Galloway on that line.
