His expenses should also be paid when called back to the Home Office. More careful attention should be paid to the Trail marking at cross roads,v/ith marking through towns kept as straight as possible. The rule should be strictly enforced that no garage,filling station,hotels or stores shall be marked with the Old Spanish Trail signs unless the membership of $25,00 be paid. A systematic method of bookkeeping should be installed in the office.
