The purpose to help keep alive the old history of the period of the Spanish occupation in your country has ell the good will of the Government of his Majesty.the Ming of Spain. Ho will at any time he pleased to aid in any effort to bring closer the spiritual tics of friendship that he has always so fondly cherished.
